By accessing or purchasing from thesplotch.com, you agree to these terms. All products are made to order. Once an order is confirmed, it enters production immediately. SPLOTCH reserves the right to cancel any order and issue a full refund. Product colors may slightly vary due to monitor settings. Prices are in INR and include applicable taxes.

Refund & Replacement Policy

We want you to love what you wear.

Eligible for replacement:

• Wrong item received
• Defective or damaged product
• Significantly different from product shown

Not eligible:

• Change of mind after order is placed
• Wrong size ordered
• Minor color variation due to screen differences

To raise a request email support@thesplotch.com within 48 hours of delivery with your order ID and photos. Approved replacements processed within 7 working days. Refunds issued within 5-7 business days.

Shipping Policy

• Orders dispatched within 3-5 business days
• Delivery takes 5-8 business days depending on location
• Tracking shared via WhatsApp and email once dispatched
• Currently ships within India only

Privacy Policy

We collect only what's necessary to process your order — name, email, phone, and address. Payments are processed securely via Razorpay. We never store card details. Your data is never sold or shared except for order fulfillment via Shiprocket. Contact support@thesplotch.com to request data deletion.
